I love Italian food and the chain Piada in Ohio is one of my favorite places to get pasta. Their awesome Italian street food cuisine is fresh and delicious every time. The new Cucinova in Dublin, Ohio is just like Piada, with an upgrade. They have make-your-own pizza, pasta and salad for you to enjoy personally. Cucinova opened on Tuesday, and have been busy ever since.
It is just like a Piada or Chipotle, with you picking out your own ingredients along an assembly line. You can choose from fresh veggies, bacon, salmon, pepperoni, meatballs, cheeses and sauces, depending on what entree you pick. I chose the salad, and their light balsamic vinaigrette is probably one of the best I have ever tried. The salad is a nice size, not too big or small, but I was still able to eat two slices of their pizza from my mom's pizza.
The personalized pie that my mom ordered was ready in within five minutes at most, and was extremely delicious and fresh. She had hot vegetables on her pizza along with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. The crust was nice and crispy and the fresh vegetables were super flavorful.
Your pizza is put into their oven, and you can see it being baked right then and there. My brother's pizza was simple pepperoni, bacon, and sausage, and was also crispy and classically delicious. My dad chose the pasta bowl, and he was able to chose from regular spaghetti or whole grain penne pasta, which is what he chose. His pasta was fresh with good sauce, and homemade meatballs along with a few of their vegetables.
My entire family really enjoyed their restaurant and their service was really nice! Everyone was really kind to us and made sure that we enjoyed our food! I would really recommend going there sometime if you're craving pizza!
My blog is all about faith, family, friends, and food:)
